Need help with my bristlenose pleco. This morning I when I seen him he was all swollen well his body is I show a pic.

I dont no if it has bin feedin I only seen it 2day.bein working late this week and not seen him in tank. I use vege wafers I also use pellets for my other fish and bloodworm but only bloodworm like once a week.

It looks like a female that is full of eggs. I breed BN Plecos. This is either very bad bloat or she's carrying a crap ton of eggs.

Yeah it is a female plec like I have hardly feed the tank the last 2 weeks onlya few time. Thats y I dont know if it is bloat.

Try feeding some fresh veggies like zucchini. I cut mine in rounds and then use a fork, piercing it at the very egde. Leave the fork in it and drop the fork and all to the bottom of the tank and let them suck on it. They love it. Fresh veggies tend to help with bloat if that's what it is. It's just like using peas. Cucumbers work as well. MAKE SURE TO CLEAN THE VEGGIE SKIN BEFORE DOING THIS!

I will try she isnt moving to much I dont think she will eat but will try.

Could also be beginning of the end sorry to say. I lost a three year old female last week. If she starts turning more white, you may be losing her.

I sort of thinking that just wanted to know if any one had helped a plec with it. Had her just over 4 years now shes just not moving to much now

The fish may be constipated. It may be too far gone.  Epsom salt sometimes helps but you need to add it slowly, since it raises the hardness/TDS of the water. It would be best to move the fish to an H tank for treating as there is not need to subject other fish to this.
