Need Help With Liquid Carbon, Ferts Dosing And Light

The tank I want to start dosing has been setup since about the beginning of this year. It has numerous types anubias in it, some hydrophilia glabra, vasiliera(not sure what type but is not the giant one and looks like super thin tall grass) and a couple of different types of swords.

You may well lose your Vallis? if you're now dosing Excel

I know that but it hasn't been growing anyways, although it didn't die either. I can move it to another tank although I doubt it it will grow there because the lights are no good and everything bar a couple of types of plants(anubias and hydrophilia) dies in that tank.
