Need Help With I.d On 3 Things And Filter Advise

i have 3 things i need help i.ding
2 of the items are

i have also got a filter a fluval 204 and it seems when i switch it on my nitrate goes very high all the time i have the sponges that come with it and also ceramic rings in the trays would it be the external filter causing the problems or something else

i have a 180l tank with around 16 kilo of live rock,red sea prism skimmer,2 power heads,fluval 204 filter,live sand,nitrate 2 is 0 nitrate 3 is 60 ph is 8.1
2 clown fish,small damsel,goby,brittle star,sandsiffter,foxface,humbug,3 hermits,1 turbo snail dont know if that will all help with an answer or not lol

Hi links to photos aren't working

Have you cleaned the media in your filter, that could be causing the high nitrates How long have you had it running, you might consider buying new media too

The coral on the right look like zoa's and the left I think is a colt coral (not sure which though)

get rid of the foam and ceramics in the filter.

Fill it with LR rubble.

I have an eheim canister with LR in and my readings are nice and low.

Also if they're high you should do a water change too

In the first picture:
the left on looks like a cabbage or colt and the right looks like a yellow button polyp

In the second picture:
looks like a really big (or really zoomed) aiptasia, get rid of it asap as trod said
