Need Help With A Semi Aggressive 90 Gallon Tank Set Up!

Hi guys, i was wondering if you guys could help me with a semi aggressive set up in a 90 gallon tank. I want different shapes sizes and colors, and I definitely want red tail sharks, so can we base it around them.

RTS can only live if there is one in the tank, othervise all but one will die.

how about: 1 red tailed/rainbow/albino shark, 15+ tiger barbs, 1 bristle nose plec(for algea), a few 3-spot gouramis(one of each color variety, and only one or no males), lots of plants and rocks and drift/bog wood.
