Need Help Identifying A 'creature'

Basically, in my tank there are these tiny worm like creatures and I don't know where they have come from. They're about 10-15mm long, constantly wriggling, white, and are quite hard to spot. Not much thicker than a human hair. With having 3 Discus in the tank, could it be worms?

Just need a bit of clarification as to what they are, and if any action needs to be taken. Sorry if the given info is a little vague. Thanks!

No plants in my tank atm. 6 pieces of bogwood. Sand substrate. I added a group of Cardinals to settle my discus this week. But it's unlikely I got them from those..

Not for a couple of days. Usually, but I've given them tetra prima the last day or so. I give frozen beef heart and frozen bloodworms too.

Hmmm i'm not really sure, it could of come ot of live food and you've only just noticed it.
Any chance of a pic?

I genuinely don't think I could get a decent picture of it, with it being so fine. It couldn't have come from frozen foods could it? How would it be alive?

I really have no idea, it may have came from the frozen foods and defrosted but I doubt it.
I would just remove it and keep an eye out for any more.

Yeah my first thought was planaria too! Need to up your maintanence and gravel clean more.

Also get the kusuri discus wormer, discus can do with being wormer once a year anyway but it has the added benefit of killing planaria too! Main ingredient is flubendazole, one of the best and most reliable meds on the shelves imo
