Hey,

I'm here at my dads, and I wanted to re-do his/my puffer tank. I wanted to go with some brackish plants, but I wasn't sure if there where any. I did some research and found that Java fern, Pygmy Chian Sword, and Java moss may work well in low level brakish. True? This guys in 1.004- 1.005 specific gravity. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

DL

Thanks! I still have a few questions as to other plants I was told could go in Brackish, and a question on fertilization. Can I post em' here, or am I better off in the Brackish part of the forum?

:D Okay! Well, I am going to go to my favoirte fish store soon, and need a little more help. Will Pygmy Chain Sword, Anubis Nana, Anubis Barteri, and Wysteria all go in brackish? I was told they could. I will most likely use liquid ferts and maybe some root tabs, but they can be the freshwater plant food right?

Thank you.

DL

Just got back. I did a complete make over on the tank! It looks really good. I ended up getting some Java moss, Java fern, Lotus, and I think hydro or something. The guy that got me the plants is one of the only fish store employees I trust, as this store is locally owned, and run by hobbyists for hobbyists. He said all the plants I have are fine for low brackish. I guess we will see...
