Hi SHADY :)

I'm going to move your thread to the Emergencies section where you will get more help. In the meanwhile, it would help the members help you if you would give us some more information about your tank and fish.

For starters, how big is your tank and how many and what kind of fish do you have in it? How long has it been running? What temperature is the water? Do you know the readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? If so, please post them; if not, let us know and we can help explain this. Have either of your fish been injured recently or are any of the other fish acting aggressively toward them? ????

It would also help if you added your location to your profile. This way we could not only diagnose the most likely problem, but suggest a remedy that would be available to you.

Good luck! I hope your fish recovers quickly.

sounds like a parasite ummm. trying to remember what its called..... ..... ..... fungus! thats the one sound like fungus isit like a wooly hat thing with points sticking out (not very good for camparison lol bu hey nvm) my tetras had this once

No Goldfish Bowl, I doubt if it's a parasite. It's probably either a fungus or a bacterial infection. That's why I asked for more information. It's important to know what is going on to make a proper diagnosis. That's the most important part. Once that's decided, finding a good medication and treating the fish is next.

It's also important to know what is going on in that tank because whatever it is, it's spreading to her other fish. She will need to correct whatever condition exists that caused it in the first place.

Well if it is a bacterial or fungus infection I have a very good medication that could easily cure it. My fish have had fungus and bacterial infection but i just use the fungi/bacterial medicine and its done. Very succesful. Hold on ill tell u the name ..... um ........ its called fungus clearer and its by Jungle. Always works for me. Give it a try if u think its a fungus infection.

w0w that took a long time to read. Anywyas to be real sure we probally need to see a pic of the fish with the disease. This will make it ALOT easier to identify and give a treatment for the disease.
il try and get the size of my tank but my catfish died this morning so i cat send a pic
il take some pics of my tank
i got them 100x43xx30 i dont know how to get pics

Sorry about the corys, R.I.P. I would recommend a few daily water changes on the tank.
