Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Several fish displaying different symptoms:
Female Pearl Gourami: Appears that some scales on one side have come....loose I guess. She's not lethargic or shy and still eats. Displays no other symptoms.
Platys: Various platys have had white stringy poop for at least the last week, not every poop, maybe one a day. Some rubbing on aquarium decorations has been observed, one female appears to have a swollen anus (Though this could be do to her being close to dropping fry, I'm no expert.) Fish eat and are active.
Volume and Frequency of water changes: 30-45 L every Sunday (Which is about a 30% water change)

Tank inhabitants:
1 Female Pearl Gourami
4 Adult Platys
4+ Juvi Platys, all under 1 inch (Planning to rehome within the next two weeks unless they turn out to need some sort of treatment in which case I'll keep them, can't give someone sick fish.)
7 Neon tetras
6 Panda Corys
1 Male BNP
Cherry Shrimp
2 Mystery Snails
Hitch hiker snails
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):
LED Light
Exposure to chemicals: Other than water conditioner none
Digital photo (include if possible):
I had to euthanise all the fish in the tank around mid December and do an entire tank overhaul due to an incurable columnaris (Sp?) infestation that affected all fish. So I'm terrified that it's another internal parasite infection.... I cant attribute these symptoms to any one problem.
I'm thinking I should observe a little more before freaking out an introducing any pharmaceuticals, because I suppose it's possible that nothing is wrong (Though stringy poop is never a good thing) And neither is loosing scales.
