Need advice quickly; have limited time

How do I properly vacuum sand? I thought there was a mesh piece inside my gravel vac but there isn’t and I sucked a bunch of sand up. Help! This is at my high school library, and I’m only here for another half hour.

Usually, people only skim the top of the sand when cleaning it. Just hover over the top above the sand so you can pick up the waste and not the sand. Hope this helps!

That's what I do. You will suck up some sand, just rinse it and put it back.

get a longer gravel cleaner or kink the hose a bit to stop the sand being sucked out
