Have you considered Pitbull Pleco's?

needs at least 70 litres

They reach about 2 inches in size, 70 litres is an over estimation in my opinion, not the most active fish either.

Nope, JohnRossDale is absolutely correct. They should be kept in groups of 5+ and a 35L is not sufficient to support a group of them. Same with Otos. It isn't all about size you know...

What species of Corys (bearing in mind they should be kept in groups of 5+ and are generally very active)?

Shrimps seem fine

The same thing that applies to Pitbull Plecos, applies to Otos. Plus Otos need a mature tank and you say your tank is almost cycled?

+1 for Cory groups: Corys should be kept in groups of 6+.

You would probably be best with something like some shrimp to pick algae off plants etc and a couple of snails of some kind to clean the glass if that's what you're after. Realistically, the only cories that you would be able to keep in a big enough group are pigmys.

pygmy cories... only grow to 1+ inches.

my nerite snails are awesome. Havnt got to touch the glass. I move them around tanks.
