This tank is amazing - i really wish I knew (or could work out) how you scape something like this!

Well, it's not as hard as it may appear.

First you need the right gear - plenty of light, CO2, nutrients, good substrate, good filter.

Then lots of nice appropriate plants and decor (wood or rocks).

You put them in the right places, watch them grow, prune them.

Choosing the plants/decor and their position is probably the hardest part. Growing the plants is relatively easy with all the decent gear and info out there.

Probably the biggest restriction for many folk is cost. This entire set up would RRP at over a grand...
