Hi everyone ,

Its been a while since ive posted on here but could any of you help me with this question. Iam trying to find out
what type of rock is used in iwagumi style aquariums, like the ones amano uses in his tanks. Any help would be great.

thanks :good:

Aquaessentials sell it under the name "landscape rocks" you can also get different variants from there, also if you can find one garden centres that have a bonsai section will stock similar suitable rocks.

they removed it from there website. was finaly about to order and they dont have any. AE said they were waiting for some from there suppliers

Aye, but have you seen the new wood they have got in?! Awesome stuff.

It looks amazing doesn't it!
Makes me wish I had another tank at my disposal!

Hi Guys

The redmoor and mini landscape will be back on stock so don't worry - we used to import it from Germany but now there 's a UK wholesaler who we are meeting in a coupe of weeks

The Midori wood is excellent - it's just a snippet of what is available

Hope this news is a little more reassuring :)

can we expect the new wood to be permanently in stock? I'll be after some for my cube in a few months time.

i also saw the new wood looked amazing but i think i still prefer the red moor

sorry to be a pain Richard but do you know roughly when you will have it in stock?

thanks
chris

Hi Guys

I probably shouldn't answer on here as I don't advertise so I'll be quick!

Midori will be permanent - I'll also be the only shop in the UK stocking it. The pieces in stock are 'small' so you can imagine what other larger sizes are like. The wood is basically ADA wood without the label and price tag

Red Moor will also be available permanently - I have a meeting with the stockist in a couple of weeks and then full steam ahead

That's good to know, Cheers Richard, Oh and thank you for the tubing I forgot to say thanks before.
