Fish Crazy
I won an ebay auction for Bristleworms not so long ago, http
/cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...N:IT&ih=016
They arrived this morning, and are settling into their tank at the moment. I am keeping them in a tank heated to 26c, also with a small sponge filter and an airstone. They are being kept with a pair of albino Buenos Airies Tetra, which ive kept for around 10 months or so. They have a ornamental cave, and a piece of bogwood for decoration, and fine sand as substrate. So far Ive noticed them crawling on the surface of the substrate.
The species I have is found in the Amazon, and is either Namalycastis siolii or Namalycastis senegalensis, the first one is solely freshwater, the other is a brackish species. Since the person I got them from has bred them successfully in her freshwater aquarium, im guessing they are the freshwater species.
