Mystery Fish

Hiya Just looking for some I.D for this fish. In the shop he was called a 'Firework tetra'. Have tried to take a picture but it's much harder than it sounds! He has spots all over his body except on his fins. His fins are bright red. I've looked on loads of websites for him but he's not there.
