I hav had whit spot for about a week now and last time i had it it was cured with this remody in 1 dose (put another dose 48 hours later to be shure).
Went to use it and have used 3 doses (1 drop per 4L } 54L= 11 drops) every 48 hours and its just getting worse and have already lost my best mollie bob!

It can take up to two courses to get rid of whitespot, so don't panic.
Have you turned temp up to 30c and increase aeration in the tank.

What is the aireation? (im not thik just dumb lol)
I will turn the temp up now thanks mate. What do you mean by 2 courses?

Meaning that you have to start the round of meds from the beginning again.
Some filters you can turn the flow up and down for aeration.
Or a air pump with an airstone attached.
The reason for extra aeration is that the high temp and med reduces 02 in the tank.

So shoul i turn my bubble system up full? Nice one i will go now and do it.
Thanks again, Joe

Yes if it dosn't splash out of the tank to much.

It is getting worse! I have put the temp up to 28 degrees C but ti has hust got worse. I will put the temp up to 30 degrees C and take it from there.
Im still using my whitespot remedy though. Thanks, Joemuz

Got a bad case of it then.
Good luck.

Be careful with 30 degrees celcius. I was convinced that when i had whitespot(last week) and when i turned the temp up thats thereason why some of my fish who didnt have whitespot died. Or it could have been that i started my second course when i shouldnt have. Or they could have died as there wasnt enough 02

Protozin was good for me, is available in the UK. What med are you using? Water change if you are changing to a second med or starting a new course

It doesnt look like tiny white spots, it looks more like white clumpy patches. Maybe they havn't got whitespot?
It looked more like whitespot yesterday, i don't know what could be wrong with them? I realy should of said sooner!
Glass cat died last night :( The temp is just under 30 degrees c.

Can you describe the clumpy patches, are they fluffy or do they look like a caulifower.
Where are the clumpy patches on the fish.

Like a cauliflower, on her tail. Very small cauliflower covering most of her tail. The cauliflower like thingys dont make her tail wider, they are practically flat on her tail about 0.5 of a mm in height. Hope you ubderstand what im trying to describe. Thanks everyone, Joemuz
