Below are picture of my three tropical tanks, 2 of which are for fish and the third (nano cube) is for Red Cherry Shrimp.

My First tank:

This tank is set-up as a Kribensis Pulcher Breeding tank at present, with around 50 tiny Krib fry hiding in the twists and turns of my bogwood scenery! The flow of air shown in the picture is being produced by a air stone hidden in the gravel.

My Second tank:

This tank is currently homing a colony of Endlers and will soon be stocked up with a new shoal of Neon Tetras to accompany them.

My Third tank:

This is a little 8l 'MicroGro Habitat 8' which is home to a breeding group of Red Cherry Shrimp. I have kept this tank well vegetated to allow the shrimp to hide away, with the inclusion of moss balls to keep the little ones happy!

Any opinions are to what you would change in any of the tanks/views on them?

They're all nice, but the first one particularly looks good. I like the colours, it's beautiful.

Thanks! It is odd because its most established tank and therefore has become rather over-grown and wild! I suppose this must add to the charm, it did have a serious haircut before that picture was posted! It does seem to be the favourite! My pair of mating Kribs would also seem to think so!

I love the Nano it looks amazing!!!!! Making me want too get one of these setups. Was looking at that exact tank the other day. Have you done any mods too it? or is it just standard? Hows your plant growth? :D :D

Cheers! I have kept with dark substrate to bring out the colours in the Red Cherry Shrimp. I also added a non-standard heater to the rear compartment to ensure that the tank was kept at a suitable temperature for them. I then added some Biological media to the filter because the only filter material which was provided was sponge. Apart from that I am using the light unit supplied and it seems like a pretty solid tank! I just have to be careful when cleaning the perspex because normal glass cleaner scratches it easily!

I would defo advice getting one though they are great fun!

Missed this post!!! Absolutely stunning mate. All of them!! No wonder your kribs are breeding, it looks brilliant!! I really like the endler tank too, you obviously have the knack for aqua scaping!! The nano is great too. I would love one of these, but I have 4 already. Lol.

Great pics too! I was wondering who poppy was, then realised it was on the mat...

Haha!!

I loving the tanks, I like tank 1 the most because it has that natural sort of look to it, just looks great. Saying that I also like tank 3, I never quite understand how people make small tanks look so good. Well done :good:

Cheers Marieukxx the breeding trap at the top right looks a bit out-of-place but if thats what breeding means then so be it! The airstone was only going to be a temporary fixture because it was used primarily to add more oxygen to the tank which was becoming a problem. Do you think I should keep it in for the future then? It does add a different dimension to the tank
