This is my tank which i have set up as a spin off from my wife upgrading her tank.

Contents are:
Rocky the Red Claw Crayfish (We have had him over 3 years now well before the ban on imports)
2 X opaline Gourami's, 2 X Jewel Cichlids, 2X Rosy Barbs and an Angelfish

I have tried to keep the tank split so Rocky can live on the right in the pebbles & Rocks. The left side has a cave surounded by slanted slate and various plants. The slanted slate & cave are there so, If the Jewel Cichlid's mate :good: the Female can lay on the slate and when growing they have a hiding spot.

These are shots of the tank as a whole:

good to see that you have taken into consideration of your fishes future developement, something that is very rarely seen when setting up tanks
looks great and i light the low lighting it seems to have, what type of lighting do you use?

Thanks for your reply,

My wife (shell4375) Should take some of the credit as she is the font of knowledge on fish in our house. As for the lighting it is the standard Juwel lighting that comes with the Record 80, I think it may be the camera that is causing the lighting to look low. It is quite a bright light and my plants are taking to it quite well. I will try and get some more Photos of a better quality soon.

Any way thanks for the replies :good:

Thanks for the post and yes Rekord 80 is 80 Litres as for more stock My wife is trying to get me to buy a pair of Cockatoo Dwarf Cichlids for my tank , I'm not too sure though. I am probably going to stick with what i have for now as the size the fish i have can grow and the limited space Plus the fact i only got the tank for Rocky. Still you never know
