Hello! I've been pesturing all of you for awhile on how to make my tank the best it can be, asking for info and trying to make a truly good environment for my fishies to live in. I've decided that I'm finally satisfied enough with my tank to post a few pictures! Granted, the pictures aren't great, and the tank could still look a LOT better.... I figure it's not too bad for my first real tank, and it still being fairly new!
This is the whole tank, 20 gallons high. The plants are all real with the exception of 2 small fake ones, methinks. The thick red lily plant in the corner is grown from a bulb, the photo doesn't do it justice
It's beautiful. Also, I'd love an identification of the really loooong, this leafed plant in the middle of the tank.
Here's the tall this plant up-close, with the betta poking in
Another of the betta:
A few group shots. In the tank, I have one betta, 4 bloodfind tetra's, and 2 Dojo loaches. They all get along very well with no issues.
When I first brought home the bloodfins 2 weeks ago, they were very dull in color, and very timid. Now, they're bright and active and even come to the glass to see me! They have an almost mother-of-pearl look about them now.
Every single fish is in this photo ^^
And lasty, one of the loaches. They've also changed dramatically in color since I've gotten them.
Hope you've all enjoyed
Comments appreciated! Also, I apologise for nasty typo's. I can't find my glasses, and have a headache, so I'm having GREAT difficulty seeing the screen. Go 20/200 vision! W000000!
