My Tank Is Cycled, Yay !

Title says it all ! Been a hard slog but worth it hopefully.

Could someone tell me if I have room for any other friends in my tank now ?

I have a 200l tank with

6 tiger barbs
4 mollies
2 rainbow fish
2 gouramis
3 clown loaches

It looks pretty well stocked, but maybe room for a couple more ?

Hi scorpio, glad you're cycled, give it a few weeks before thinking seriously about more fish, got to give the bacteria colony a chance to stabilise

your tank is 54 gallons, so you can have around 54" of fish, what you have at the moment is this

6 tiger barbs - 12"
4 mollies - 12"
2 rainbow fish - 6"
2 gouramis - 6" (what species of gourami though?)
3 clown loaches - 36"

so on paper you're overstocked already. that being said this is because of the clown loaches who will grow to 12" each, they will eventually outgrow your tank so if you can't guarantee to upgrade the tank for them later on then you should re-home them now. that being said they are very slow growers so if they're only small now then you may have a few years before you need to do this.

If you re-home the clowns then you have room for some more fish, if you keep them then you don't.
