How to these sound? 65l tank.

Idea 1:
2 Albino Red Oscars
1 Jack Demp.
2 Clown loach
1x Green Terror
1x Common Plec

Idea 2:
4x GBR's
3x Bosemani Rainbows
2x Common Plecs
6x Albino Cories
4x Angelfish

Idea 3:
2x GBR's
8-10x Rummynose Tetras
2x Mollies/Platies
3x Albino Corys

Ok.. so ideas 1 and 2 were fooling you for fun. But idea 3 is real. Does that seem like a good combo meal? Anything you would change/swap/take out?

I'd get platys and will you be keeping same sex?

If you want males and female your going to want a 1-3 ratio 1 male to 3 females :good:

Up the amount of cories to 6, possible balance that by just getting 8 tetras.

Is the tank fully cycled?

GBR's a quite sensitive fish and I believe they need low nitrates, somewhere in the region of <30ppm

I think your stocking completely depends on you tap water readings and how often you will be willing to do water changes.
I'm pretty sure GBR's start getting a bit funny at 20ppm nitrates. With 30ppm being pretty high for them.
You need nitrates out of the tap at 0-10ppm
And will probably have to do water changes 2-3times a week.
It would also need to be heavily planted whilst not restricting the swimming room of the rummy noses.

Over all it's definitely do-able. But if it were be I'd drop the mollys and go for something like:
8 Rummy Noses
2 GBR
5 Albino Cory
In a heavily planted set-up keeping the nitrates below 20 at all times. :)

Put it this way, once all the fish are mature, it's easier to then add more fish if nitrates are holding steady.

Than to remove fish cause nitrates are climbing too quickly between water changes.

I currently have platys, i know all about them and their rowdy habits!

I dont have the tank yet, but it will be fully cycled before anything is introduced :good:

What do you think about Gold rams, are they as nitrate dependant? I currently have bolivians, so i dont really want more of them.

German Blue Rams, Golden Ballon Rams, Neon Blue Rams are all the same species. Just different strains that have been bred to present different attributes.
All are rather sensitive.

Cockatoo's have to be in the ratio of 1m to 3f
Were you planning on having two males in 20g? I'm not sure if they'd fight or if they'd be ok. Someone will need to clarify this.
Seems a bit small to me for 2 males to have two completely seperate territories and not fight.

8 x Rummynose Tetra - They'll love the shoal size and will look really nice :)

4 x Albino Corys - You really do need at least 5, and in 20g I'd definitely go for 6. It seems silly that 1-2 fish can make a big difference. But it really can.

Hehe. Always the way!
Any chance of a link to it? (I just wanna have a nosey)

And I'm pretty sure you can post links to stuff you've bought...cause once it's bought it's just like any other shop?
And you can post links to places like seapets.co.uk
