my snails shell is wearing away

i bought an apple snail about 4 weeks ago.
latley he/she has been not moving much and just laying there.
the shell is also starting to wear away and becoming very thin.

the snails in my smaller fry tank whihc hasnt been treated with anything.
i had my water tested by my lfs (whihc i trust) and they said it was fine.
what should i do to help my snail

Your snail is probably dying. My first snail's shell weathered away after it died, and it began to disintegrate. I'd say it's pretty much done for. You might want to replace it.
