You really don't stick your hand in the tank? Ya gotta try it
I used to squeel like a little girl and yank my hand out of my devil's tank when he charged me but then I showed him who's boss in an ever so gentle manner and now he can't get enough of my hand After he tires of killing the gravel vac we play a nice game of "got your tail!!" while the water drains
It was a laugh, she was putting some gravel rocks back where he was digging, then the next thing you know he came out of no where and grabbed onto her little finger, i was in tears from laughing so much.
I could never get the second movie to work, I thought it was a re-run of the gravel vac movie ) I wanna see!!!
I imagine he does the same thing as mine, come rushing over at full speed, the look of "grrr, get out of my box!" on his face, but trust me,grab his tail (gently but firmly!) a few times and he'll realize that little ole hand isn't as weak as he thought it was Mine still charges and rushes but I stand my ground and he screeches to a halt when he gets right up to me. Then he just spins in circles until I play
Does your's make the tank lid pop really loud when he's hungry? Mine does that, it's a riot and sometimes it can scare the jeepers out of you it's so loud and sudden! I've never had a fish literally TELL me when to feed it
OMG! you are so right!!!! they tell YOU when there hungry!!! mine comes over to the side of the tank where he can see us and then just stares at me! but other than that he just stays on his other side.
My red used to nibble on my finger. It was so cute. You guys are right, they act like hungry dogs when they know its close to dinner time. Except instead of begging us for food they act like we should be begging to feed them. Im gonna try the tail game with my next one for sure.
