humm can say i have come across the white stuff, but i will poll some other keepers to see if they have. inverts are notorious for just dropping dead, or apparently so. was the colour of the crab any different to the others? as for the food, bloodworm is fine for the early months of the crab. but as they mature they need a more veg based diet. these guys are not carnivores, they are in fact veg based omnivores. in nature they comb the tide line for the detritus the sea has brought in.Well i woke up this morning to find one of my RCCs dead... which in a way, I saw coming. From the get-go, when i bought him he only had 3 legs, and 1 claw, obviously not good. But not im wondering, did he die because of .. i gues you could say something like 'depression? lol Just joking, but my other RCCs seem to be doing well, if anything, it looks like some kind of white matter is building up on the tank floor. And are bloodworms the best food for this situation?
