He was the last one in the talk and s i had 2 already i got him. he's wired though, constantly displaying his dorsal and on guard. hes like a very angry bee buzzing around lol

he's claimed a very large piece of mopani bogwood and is defending it with his life

he's got balls of steel going up against my firemouth, he's winning too, chased it away. he's a convict in disguise.

I once had a discus that thought he was a convict. I know its not common but they all are individuals.

its classic behaviour isn't it but no eggs and he/she doesnt have a mate. my other two rams go around together and he hates them now anyway. maybe its nesting

My smallest blue turquoise discus likes to start stuff when it gets in over its fins so to speak it runs and hides behind the big male uaru or Monster the mammoth size silver veil angel. Then it peaks out as if to say "go ahead and come get me now" LOL Got a lil a.thomasi who thinks he's just the bomb actually stands up to Jaws (one naughty fish, big standard dark marble angel) and he's still not figured out who this runt is challenging him

Think one of my favorite things about cichlids in general "they never read the handbook on how they're suppost to behave"
