Well this is my little guy, he has just shedded his skin so is still a little pale in places. Enjoy!

hi he looks realy good ive had a few red crabs ( still got 1 ) how long you had the Rainbow Crab ? how big is he ? seeing that photo i may look into get a few of them :rolleyes:

Hi iv'e had him since just after christmas, he is about 3.5" across at the moment. Also you have to keep them on there own due to aggresion issues.

yer after seeing your photos i just looked a bit up about them i got a spare tank so now im thinking about it
it says they need more land then water ? you got any photos of your set up so i could see how it should look
 
Rainbow crabs are true fresh water crab, but as with most crabs, they are a land based animal. though some members do keep them in tanks with just something sticking out the water for them to sit. they can get big say 8inches across, and really need kept on their own. masses of fun but very aggressive! their colours are varied, but do seem to fade as the crab get older.

Yeah my plans are to move him into a dry land tank with a bowl of water in it when he gets a little bigger.

lol no i meant the tank desigh! its complicated but it is well worth the effort.
