My Precious Male Guppys Tail Has Split :(

i looked in my tank this morning and realised that my male guppys tail has split for some reason......do they heal up again? if so how long does it take? do i need to put any medication in the tank to help?

Doesn't look too bad. I've found tail damage like that tends to heal within a couple of days. Make sure the water is in perfect condition to lessen the chances of any infection, and if you really wanted to you could dose with Melafix, broad spectrum anti-bacterial from API, I find it works well for superficial injuries like this.

i think i might just leave it then and make sure the water is clean. i hope it heals quickly. its doesnt look very nice
