My Platty

I think i have 4 male and one female platty as 1 is bigger than all the rest, but from last night i noticed one of the males pecking at her a lot and she was twisting on her side to him. this morning now i have noticed (don't think it was there b4) she has a lot of red on her gills, has he pecked to much at her or has she gone red? if its where hes pecked to much should i seperate them?

is she the only one with red gills? id segregate if she is...

but imo i think you have a much bigger problem (wich is why i said to refer to ur other topic)

You have a poor ratio of males to females. Normally it should be the other way round - 1 male to 3 females. So she might be getting bullied a lot.

If she is stressed out, separate her.
