No, CNN is a dedicated news channel, ITV (Independant TeleVision) is a general broadcaster and Central is the regional version for the midlands area of England.

ITV show everything from nasty daytime soaps to kids programs to rubbish soap operas to rubbish reality TV shows, but they do a news broadcast around lunch time, 6pm and 10pm. When they cut to the weather they have pictures submitted by viewers on this occasion it was Guppy's pic that got shown.
