My Panda Garras Have Red Anus Is This Camallanus Worm

i have 2 panda garras and have just noticed that they have a red anus i am really worried that they have camallanus worm. i have had these w for 3 months now and have recently bought 2 small ones and 2 tiny clown loach. if it is worms will these new fish survive this PLEASE HELP desperate to help my fish
