This is my one and only tank. (hopefully getting a second for b-day ;) I think its about 4g/15L? I will measure it up soon to find out.
I got the tank many years ago but it was only used for goldfish when i was 'less' experienced with fish.
Right now there are 5 neon tetras in it and i am planning on adding some real plants around the back and near the bridge, plus a dark background. It includes a filter and heater. :)

Also one question, i want to add a center piece fish and was thinking about a dwarf Gourami. Is this suitable? I heard they a quite alright on their own and shouldn't mind the small tetras. Thanks. Sorry if the pics are too big...

I would have to say anything under 10 gallons is not preferable for a dwarf gourami and even neons should have ideally 60+litres, although i am sure they will be absolutely fine as long as you stay on top of water changes and stay vigilant for any signs of trouble.
If you do indeed get a second tank and it is bigger (sorry if i sound pushy) i would recommend moving these fish over and using this one as a betta tank! Have you seen betta's? if not you should really go have a look because they are lovely fish (but should be kept on their own).

Thanks :) Yeah i have always been disappointed with the size of the tank but im happy that i at least have one ;) The tanks where im from are quite expensive, more than what they should be. :( I actually used to have a betta in here with the neons, but im not sure i will again as i think my filters current is too strong (its on the lowest setting) and i cant get another one. Just have to save up for a large tank, plus the filters, heaters, etc.

Yes well, everyone starts out somewhere and if you stick to it in a few years you will be looking back and laughing im sure :good:

OH and i forgot, you could maybe get some shrimp or snails - look into it :)

Thanks :) I'll have a look at those. :good:I'm just wanting something different in my tank but i just don't know what because im restricted by the size, and also whats compatible with neons. :)

Like the simplicity of this tank and the clarity, when you have the background on it will look super......and better still with real plants......
