My newest 20 gallon, been running for a few months everything is still growing in. May add some foreground plants like hair grass when I have the money to upgrade to T5s.

Thoughts would be appreciated, it's definetly a work in progress.
Stock is plain and simple, cardinal tetras and sterbai corydoras.  Also an opaline gourami, since he fights anything his size in the 30 gallon..

Looks nice, my only suggestion is to try to take the centre of focus off-centre a bit. For example, at the moment the eye's line in your tank goes __/\__, try to make it so that the centre of attention isn't directly in the middle of the tank (that large piece of wood) and sword. You could try to arange it like _/\__ or __/\_. :)

Agreed, I know basically all aquascapers say you should really never have a "attraction" in the center of the tank. Couldn't find a position I liked the dw in, so it stays there for now. I might try moving it to my left, and then perhaps getting another small piece of driftwood across from it. Also might try to get some other larger plants on the left side (our left side) as the crypts haven't grown as much as I'd have liked...I also need to move the sword as you suggested, and I might bring the dwarf sag closer to the front. As a side not I really need to clean my glass...

Moved things around a bit, hoping the sag will grow up and around.  Still going to get more plants when I have the money and lighting.

I like it more the second way. :D

If you can, I'd love to see some close ups of your sterbais. They're such brilliantly beautiful fish.

Thanks for the positive feedback :). I can try to get some closeups but my camera is really bad quality. I'll post some more pics when I add more plants/things grow in.

Oh that looks 10 times better the 2nd way! I love sterbais too!
