I have a new 10, 15, 30 and 55 gallon tank and I was wondering if the following stocking amounts sound good to you.

10 gallon:
7 Neon Tetras
2 Ghost Shrimp
1 African Dwarf Frog
(I'm pretty decided that these are the fish I'm going to get for this tank)

15 gallon:
1 female Betta
3 Otocinclus cats
3 African Dwarf Frogs
3 Pygmy Cories
(I could make the tank 1 Betta, 4 Ottos and 4 ADF's if the cories are too much making the tank overstocked.)

30 gallon:
6-8 Dwarf Rainbows (probably would be about 2 females for every male)
6-8 Panda Cories
2 dwarf Gouramis if they fit... (they would be a m/f pair)

55 gallon:
4 Blue Rams (2 m/f pairs)
6 Kuhli Loaches
7-10 Ember Tetras
7-10 Black Neon Tetras
2 Bristlenose Plecos (m/f pair)
(I'm pretty decided that these are the fish I'm going to get for this tank)
Thank you for your time. All comments will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds fine to me, then again no expert.

any idea for my 30 gallon how many rainbows and cories I should have each?

I guess i'll go with 7 rainbows (dwarf), 7 cories and a pair of gouramis (dwarf).

sound good?

I would put frogs into their own tank. Especially in smallest tank frog manure can be toxic to fishes.

Not with good filtering and regular water changes... I've kept them before with White Clouds so I have SOME experience.
