I was holding off on the fertilisers as i thought that they may have helped the algae along in it's quest to dominate my tank!

I have actually got some fertilisers in the form of root tabs+ Iron(Aquarium Pharm),Plant gro root sticks(Nutrafin) and liquid ferreal and liquid plant gro.

Do you think it would be wise to add the root tabs or root sticks at eh same time as dosing with the liquid fertiliser or should i just stick to one? and do i go with the stated dosage i.e. ferreal is 10ml for every 60l per week.
