My New German Blue Ram

Here is my new German Blue Ram, . I have a female too but she is camera shy

I'll get pics of my tank up soon, my PC is playing funny B*&&£$s with my phone though so I have to text them to my emai laddress which doesn't always work.

Get my rummys on saturday too woo hoo

P.S. I think this is the male, its got the longer more pointy dorsal fin ( I know its not a sure way to tell) its also a bit bigger.

Cheers folks, Yeah they are really nice fish, I am a sucker for cichlids though lol.

So you think it might be a female, I will try and get a pic of the other one so you can let me know. The guy who orders my fish for me did say that he would swap me if I found out I had two males.

I could very likely be wrong, I was using my research from bolivian rams to help me, but then found out that those rules don't really seem to apply.
Apparently the only sure fire way is if one of them gets a pink belly, it's female.

I love the Rams....I have 7 myself

I may be wrong but, the one in that pic does look like a male to me. There`s no pink on the belly nor does there seem to be little 'shiny blue' spots on the black shoulder marking.

The other does have pink on its belly right enough, I just assumed they may be too young to tell yet this ones is possibley just over the inch mark maybe slightly bigger. I am not at home so going by memory (which is renowed as being pants lol)
