I got this fella after we went out to dinner. Petsmart was right there and of course I just couldn't resist.
There were so many guys and gals I would've loved to have brought home, but this was the lucky little guy.
Him and another right beside him were the 2 I was debating over, and this one's spunkiness won me over.
Pics aren't great... I'll try to get better ones later. He was hilarious though. He's been wiggling around his tank and as soon as I bust out the camera and start taking pics, he stops everything he was doing to stare at me. Sorta like a "WTH are you doing" moment
It took me a bit to decide which I wanted. There were so many beautifully colored ones. There was this really pretty very dark purple/blue/red male. And the one next to my guy was gorgeous as well. He was completely red.. no white or any other color on him. I would've gotten him, but his fins weren't very pretty.
There was also this weirdly colored neon pink/purple betta that looks like it had it's tail cut. I would've gotten him, but.. actually.. I dunno why I didn't get him.
Oh and there was the cutest little CT female. She had red fins and a white body. I would've gotten her, but in the end, I wanted to get another VT male.
EDIT: LOL I just noticed that the first and 3rd pic look almost identical. I thought they were the same pics at first heh.
Anywho, better pics will be posted tomorrow of him hopefully once he's settled in more.
