My New Betta

I decided to get another male betta today so I went to two LFS, and lookie what my wife found for me

We've named him Xerxes

Thanks, I think my wife has a good eye when it comes to LFS betta's. She absolutely adores him, she rants about how he looks just like the betta's she's wanted to buy off Aquabid. Needless to say, I think this is turning into an obsession for us both!

Hi all, Inedaan's Wife here

I think our city has two decent locations to get Betta's (aside from going to a breeder) Pisces and Riverfront (well Riverfront smells like merry death - but that's because they do a lot of pond stuff too and as I understand it - pond stuff smells). I was really excited when I saw Xerxes and I told Ine that if he didn't get him I would ha ha ha. I'm glad you guys like him, he's a spunky little guy. And judging from some of the other CT's there, I would say he was there with his siblings (as they all were similar in coloration and size)... Makes me want to go back there and pick up another one!
