Ive managed to pick up a bargain of a Juwel Monolix (dont know exactly what model it is but its 100ltr capacity) with Stand and a whole load of extras for just £40 :hyper:

I love fish keeping but unfortunately do not have a lot of space in my life at the minute and unfortunately like os many others have just been made unemployed - so money is tight :grr:

This is probably due to those circumstances my last tank i can have in my current place of living but i must say i do love it.

Stocking:

11 Neon Tetras
8 Harlequin Rasbora
6 Peppered Cory
3 Powder Blue Dwarf Guarmi (2 female + 1 Male)
2 German Blue Rams (1 male + 1 Female)
2 Bristlenose Pleco

This is my new display tank as my old one has been taken over as a breeding tank for my beautiful Nigerian red face Kribensis but it is a bit smaller anyhow :good:

She's a stunner, very lively and happy looking forward to picking up a female friend and male partner for them both in due course.

P.S. My apologies for the camera quality but i was using my Iphone...will get better pics when my photographer housemate pulls his finger out of his ****

lovely looking tank.

Is there a mix of plastic and real plants in there?

would love to see the dwarf blues

The female i currently have is in the 2nd picture

Yes it is. Im normally not a big fan of the plastic and much prefer the real plants but the large center piece log ornament came with them attached and i thought they actually looked ok and went with the look and feel of the tank so i left (most) of them attached. All the other plants are real :good:

I agree that the fake ones look good.

Are you sure that dwarf gourami is female? I always thought females were grey/silver/dull.

the fin at the top is rounded and not pointed which means female i was told and have read and also females can hold coulour i have also read multiple times

The fin is unusually rounded, but my males also had rounded fins... on closer inspection, it could be female, but without seeing in person, I would still say male by default.
