i bought this needlefish from petsmart, and i know they fed it rosy reds in petsmart because i have seen it, so when i first brought my needlefish he was just floating at the corner, now he is swimming freely when i dont look at him, but the problem is he doesnt want to eat anything, i have tried feeder rosy reds to start feeding him and then switch to freeze dried foods, but he doesnt even wanna take the rosy reds, they swim right in front of his face, but he doesnt even chase them, just swims and stare at the wall, his tank is 55 gallons, he is 7" long, and its tank mates are a green severum, blood parrot, angelfish. i have floating plants in the tank, but the only thing they do is make the needlefish harder to try to eat at the surface. any ideas?? can they eat crickets??, im worried im just going to drop the crickets, and the needlefish is going to swim away from them just like he does with the rosy reds. the water is clean and stuff, i also have strong filtration
