thats beautiful, i am also into Malawi and have posted some pics on here somewhere, i'll take a look at your thread and contribute if i can

is that a Greshaki in the middle left?

do you have any issues with aggression? Perhaps a lot of them are still juveniles? looks good though, just wondered how its faring? You have some of the more aggro "on paper" Mbuna in there dont you, like Melonochromis?

i also think i see a Labeotropheus Trewavasae on the right? I love them fish

and maybe some kind of Hap next to one of the Red Zebras on the left, i am still a novice in Malawi fish I.D i have only really taken an interest in Malawi (mostly Mbuna) in the last few months

Well i am impressed with your naming.....you do better thank i do.

Aggression? Well of course there is.....well a little anyway. They chase each other aorund, they face off lip to lip but there is always someone to break it up.
it is quite comical sometimes the way a big one will steam in to break up a squabble.
I think that the fact there are plenty of fish in this tank helps a lot to spread the stress around, i have had only one death in around 9 months so i guess i am doing OK.

i got really lucky when i bought some of them as they were supposed to be £10 each but there was some young YTS lad on the day i went in and he told be they were 10 for £30.....of course i did the decent thing and snapped his hand off!!!!

There is plenty of breeding going on too.

Nice, whats the tank size and filter turn over?

The Tank is 205L with 2 eheim externals running. A 2224 and a 2126 thermo.
Turnover is about 1100l per hour so around 5-6 times the tank.
