My Loach---Sick?

Hello, I have been working on my tank today and just noticed my clown loach dont seem right....you can see him on my stream
 
he was very healthy till this afternoon, now not moving....looks like its dying.....

temp dropped a little during work 2 degrees now 80
 
did water change,,,nitrites and ammonia good
 
maybe just tired?
the other loach keeps nudging it
 
no meds today except water conditioner for clorine small ammount of plant fert.
 
maybe stress?
I noticed at the base of his top fin its really red... more so than the others,,,,injury?

well i guess i will put them to bedd and hope some darkness and rest will help

well he's still swimming around this AM...I think the water change and the night had an effect on it... seems to be doing better
