awww..how sweet otos are just adorable little things

wow they are sooo small ive always wanted ottoes but nevr can find them :(

I see them quite a lot by ours ive got 4 of them. Do yours breed often catxx?

not that i've seen, i've only had them about 2 weeks now, i THINK i've got 2 girls and a boy, definately 1 girl and 1 boy, the other i havent been able to work out the 3rd. i thought they were hard to breed in captivity?

any fry at the moment would be snapped up by my betta anyway, i have a sneaking suspicious he's already been eating the snail eggs off the leaves, he steals the plec flakes i put in for the otos too, he's a greedy bugger!

My betta breeding tank was full of baby snails about 200 of them & i put my red hm male & he ate the lot in two days!! Few of them are clever though they sit at the waters edge so he cant get them!!

haha yep!
the hugeness of his tummy right now suggests just that! he's all rolly-polly!
but i think he'd even get ones at the waters edge, he jumps out for food as it is.
