I found that a small peice of my Anubis Nana was floating at the top of my aquarium (must have been uprooted and broken off due to my Corys) anyways I found it still had roots. I put it back in to root but it didn't work. Now im going to try an experiement. I got a pop bottle and filled it halfway with fish tank water. I put rocks at the bottom along with some plastic plant peices. I put a bunch of liquid ferts in. I am going to leave it in a nice bright place and see if it grows. what do you think? I mean I put in quite abit of ferts, alittle less then i normally put for my whole tank. Will this kill it or will it thrive?

Anubias nana will grow so long as you have it's base and roots submerged in fine gravel covering some aquatic soil. you will have to make some provision for heating though.

My Anubis Nana is sat on top of my bogwood, in a little groove. No soil or gravel or sand, there is still a little rockwool around and between the base. Plus its beging to throw out new leaves, also the 'roots' are increasing in length.

Hope your experiment works!
