so i got this because a pet store was re-locating and they had to get rid of a few tanks for a smaller venue.

some of these pictures are bad but it's the best i could do in a short time.....

ok this is it set up and running. i had to put some extra money into it but it came out alright.
it's sitting in my room ontop of this chest i've had in there for a while (i've finaly found a use)
and that is my dojo loach swimming around near the center...

here we have my newest addition to the tank... my iridescent shark(yes i am aware of their max size! lol!)
he seems to like to sit under those leaves and just relax....

here's another of my dojo loach, going on a mad sucking spree.....

and this one is one that i cannot identify..... my little sister caught it in a pond near my house(trying to be nice, not realizing that she could have killed it...) but maybe you guys know what it is.... it was about 1.5 cm when i first had it(about 3-4 months ago) and now it's probably 6-7cm

well it's not done yet but i have no idea what i want to do to improve it ... any ideas????

^Don't know, but cool tank.

nice tank dude!

oh and jus a word from one spotlight user to another.

some people on here are sure that you need a better lighting system but u really dont!

when i showed my tank i was told my plants would survive a few weeks and then die cos i only have 2 normal spotlights on my tank similar to yours ( a bit smaller).

glad to say that was a load of crap and some of my plants have doubled in size in the last month!!!

yeah , my plants seem to be growing like wildfire! everyday i notice tons of leaves sprouting from the others. i had 3 lights on there as you may be able to see but the riged up lighting but i ran into a huge alge problem..... so i reduced it to 1 lamp and it looks alot darker in the pictures then it accually is, so it's working great! thanks for the replies! keep em coming!!! i want to do something crazy with it but i haven't thought of anything yet.....

oops i'll just fix those up

i was posting some pictures but they were WAY TOO BIG

this is a retouched picture better then the top one( still kinda blurry though )

hey!!!!!!! nice pics, very impressive. :) Yeah $40 for a 25 gallon is a really good deal, so congrats on that.
I'll post again soon :*

PS: call me some time

i edited the 2nd pictue at the top. i hope it's a little better

hahahahaha !!!! all that for a fish tank! god i wish it was that easy! LMAO

I can't see if your tank has any covering or not, but with Dojo loaches they're almost essential as they're frequent jumpers.

I forgot to say, great tank!

it has no cover but as for the dojo it dosen't seem to go to the surface much, and when it does it just skimms the top then dives again

although i was thinkking of that earlier when my shark came out of the water at mach 2 and soaked me. my face was dripping wet and then i thought "hmmmm i sould get a cover" so i think i'll rig up some screen of some sort

thanks for the reply

my girlfriend just told me that she just signed up and the "ccccc" girl was her....... so it's not that easy! LMAO! but if only a tank could get you a date...... what a world it would be.

"well hello! here's a picture of my fish tank.... your house or mine?"
