My (horny) African Dwarf Frog

Hey all,
I have an african dwarf frog "kermit" yes i know how original. anyway he has started to sing and i was wondering if he needs another frog to be "happy" i am sure it wouldnt hurt by i am not sure if this is necessary to them much like many fish NEED to be kept in groups. Does kermit need a girlfriend, or should he just be abstinant?

This post would be better placed in the 'Invertebrates, Amphibians & Aquatic Reptiles Forum', where more people have experience with these frogs.

As you said, buying him a friend wouldn't hurt, although unless you can sex them in-store you may just end up getting two males...which is either going to lead to more croaking or homosexual frogs .

They always seem 'happier' and more active in groups, and I wouldn't recommend to keep one alone.

Unless your tank is too small, I would go for adding a couple more .
