My Guppy

Hello there, im not to sure if im posting this at the right place. Im new here and to fish as well. I have a 20 gallon tank and have a few fish in there. Will post a picture for you guys to see.
But that not the problem, i have a guppy which is pretty big and im nit sure what to make of it. When i bought the 3 Guppys i got told they are all Male. 2 of them normal size nothing wrong with them but then the other one is pretty bloated fir a couple of weeks now. Does it have a disease?

Don't feed the fish for 2 days then give him de-shelled peas on the third day, could be a case of major constipation.
How long has the tank been up and running for?
how did you cycle it?

eek ... that doesn't look good. It looks like some kind of tumor to me
