As the title suggests, I keep ending up with all stalk and no leaves! But only from half way down! The top half are lush and green and leafy, the bottom half just stalk! It grows and I cut it and plant the cutting, which grows and is lovely and bushy but they reach a certain height and then lose their leaves.
My new clown loaches have destroyed some so I removed them and now my tank looks a bit bare without the height in there.
I also have the common eldoea weed thing, along with java fern and a couple of other plants donated by a friend and they are growing really well.
Two weeks ago I started adding a liquid fertilizer product (I'm sorry that I'm vague, but it's actually my husband in charge of the plants) so could it just be that there weren't enough nutrients to sustain a healthy growth? All the cuttings are growing well.
