I have one Mystery Snail and along with cucumbers I have been feeding him algea chips. I have noticed my goldfish are "helping" him eat them and I was wondering if this means I should maybe feed them less? I usually feed the fish in the am and the pm a very small amount of Tetra Fin flakes. I also occasionally (once or twice a week) offer them cucumbers or small slices of oranges... Since they are 'helping' the snail do you think I should cut them back on the flakes to maybe only once daily? I dont' want to under feed but I really don't want to overfeed either..
Thanx for any help.

I'll let one of the members more experienced in goldfish and feeding topics answer, but just had to say that you gave me a good laugh, remembering our old goldfish "Wiggly" and how he used to eat *anything* that dropped into his tank, unless it was rocks!

LOL! isn't that the truth.. I had a small plant in there and they destroyed it almost instantly.. LOL..

hmm.. you could, but id see if they are actually overeating that much or not, if not leave it because they will prolly just eat more of the snails food if there hungry. But dont overfeed them too much neither:p find a balance that works i dont think ur in jeopardy either way tho.
