My Gold Severum Has Been Acting Weird

hey Im new to this site but hopefully it will be very rewarding.

i have a gold severum about the size of a half dollar coin. he was pretty beat up when i 1st got him but after about 2 weeks he was fine and taking over the tank, bullying the smaller green severum and baby arowana. BUT the past 5 days hes been acting really strange. he just hides in a corner shaking and his fins are ripped. i put in coppersafe thinking it might be parasites but non of the other fish seem to be having the same problem and he still hasnt changed. i even did a 50% water change.

I dont know how he could go from a free swimming unshy fish to a shy fish that hides in the corner after one day.

CAN SOME1 PLEASE HELP ME!?

sound to me that he is getting picked on ,how big is your tank?

Don't add medications unless you are 110% sure of the illness or problem that's going on in there next time...

no hes not gettin picked on. he was the one doin the picking. and his fins look like its rotting.

Either a disease (e.g finrot/fungus) or its happening at night.
