Its what I asked in his cherry shrimp pic. That one is taken by SiuMing I think and then another by Jesse Lee.

I dont understand chinese so cant verify.

The chinese in the gold fish picture just means "Goldfish" but if Lee is his last name and Siu Ming is his chinese name then his full name would be LeeSiuMing which would make sense. So I don't really understand why it would be hard to believe. Beautiful pictures by the way
