I personally don't like all these strange breeds of goldfish that man has created (Lion, bubble eyes, up-lookers) but i like that it certainly looks like a very happy and fat fish! I try to make sure all of mine are

A-MA-ZA-ZING! I love this fish and goldfish. I have a 30 gallon tank with four gold fish and I love how they look. You got a really nice one there

Lovely goldfish! I almost bought one just like it a few months back but I got my choc oranda which only has 2 tiny growths just above it's eyes, will have to get a pic.

The chinese in the gold fish picture just means "Goldfish" but if Lee is his last name and Siu Ming is his chinese name then his full name would be LeeSiuMing which would make sense. So I don't really understand why it would be hard to believe. Beautiful pictures by the way
